This request is not a one-off, you will continue to receive consent requests as older versions expire.

Consent cancellation
Once the consent was granted you will need to provide anywhere in your application, a facility whereby your customers can request to cancel any consents that have been granted.
This is not mandatory, your customers could request cancellation via an email, provided the process is duly actioned.
